Team ALTERNATE / Aktuelle News

They have already qualified for the IGN Pro League 5, which is taking place from 29.11 to 02.12.2012 in Las Vegas. The team consists of the following players:

Carl "Forellenlord" Lückmann
Adrian "Kerp" Wetekam
Markus "Kottenx" Tingvall
Tom "Metalx" Latour
Lukasz "Leofromkorea" Mirek

Former Team ALTERNATE player Carl "Forellenlord" Lückmann is one of the best know players in the scene, having the highest elo rating in the world and being the first player to reach an elo rating above 3000. Being a part of the Team ALTERNATE League of Legends team, which could win the EPS Summer Season, his new goal is to compete at the international tournaments and be able to play with the best players in Europe.

He will be accompanied by the german player Adrian "Kerp" Wetekam, who has been a consistent high elo player in the past. Furthermore he is able to take any role in the match to help the team wherever he is needed.

The swede Markus "Kottenx" Tingvall, who has played for NaVi and has proven to be one the the best junglers to have in a team.

Tom "Metalx" Latour from the netherlands will be the AD Carry. His natural habit of being able to stay clam in difficult situations will help the team in the close matches.

The polish player Lukasz "Leofromkorea" Mirek is going to be the support player. Similar to Metalx he keeps joking during a match and is capable to solve tense situations.

The team will be managed by former EPS Champion Raffael "cliff" Wagner and Jonathan "gin" Baumann, who has been in charge of all Team ALTERNATE League of Legends Teams. We will update you with more informations about our players within the next days. Stay tuned.
